The Landing

Reformer & Mat Pilates 101 High Street, Cranleigh

Cranleigh, Surrey

The spaces we move in have the power to shape how we feel.

Pilates is what we do. What we are really making is somewhere to leave the outside world behind for an hour.

No reception bell. No queues. No loud music. Just a quiet building on the high street, a door that opens onto something calmer, and a room built entirely around movement.

Then the room opens.

Reformer & Mat

Eight reformers, beneath the skylight.

Small classes, expert instruction, and the time to be taught properly. Whether it is your first class or your five hundredth, you will be shown what to do and why it matters.

Little Landers

Movement that fits around family life rather than competing with it. Bring them with you — they are genuinely welcome here.

Fifty-five and over

Landing Well

Strength, mobility and confidence, taught at a pace that suits you. Designed for this stage of life, not adapted for it.

Founder

I spent a decade in an industry that left very little room for movement.

Building The Landing was the correction.

After years at Google, and with two young children, movement quietly slipped down the list. Getting it back changed more than my body — and it made me realise how many people are in the same position, wanting to move and unable to find somewhere that makes it easy.

So I built the place I was looking for.

I came in expecting a gym and found somewhere I actually want to be. It has become the best hour of my week.

I had not exercised properly in years and was dreading it. Two minutes in, that was gone.
